Formerly known as Hangzhou Zhigang Cutting Tool Manufacturing Factory, the company was founded in 2003. It is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is a private manufacturing enterprise integrating production, sales and R&D. In January 2011, the Hangzhou plant was selected in Jiangyou City, and a new company was incorporated. In 2013, the new company was completed and put into operation, and the Hangzhou company was transferred back to merge with the new company.
